Founder
A teacher.
A streetwear brand.
A platform bet.
I’m Peng. I teach English in Taiwan. On the side I run a streetwear label called Incultnito.
For three years I paid freelancers $800 per concept round and waited 10 days each time to get a mockup back wrong. Every physical sample cost $400. One drop took three months from idea to purchase button.
In 2025 the AI models got good enough that I could see the end state. I started building Incultnito Studio to solve my own problem. Not an image generator — a workflow. Brief, preset, generate, preview on a real garment, export production-ready files. Eight months of nights and weekends, every line written alongside Claude as my engineering partner.
Ten weeks after the first commit I shipped the Incultnito brand end-to-end through Studio. Zero freelance designers. Real Stripe checkout. Real Printful orders. Every concept you see on the shop was made in the tool I’m selling you.
The pivot came when I realized the workflow is the same for me and for Nike. What differs is the route to production. Printful for me, a factory API for them, a contract printer for the next brand. So I built the Fulfillment MCP. One interface. Any destination. Agent-callable.
That’s the bet. The design workflow is mine. The fulfillment stays yours. If you’re a founder running a streetwear label, you’re my first customer. If you’re running an apparel brand at scale and want to connect your own factory, you’re my tenth. Either way the product works the same.

Why I’m telling you this
Because the founders I trust are the ones who ship their own tool on their own brand before selling it to anyone else. Every feature in Studio was stress-tested on a real product line with real buyers. When I pitch you on the platform bet, it’s from the seat of a person who already lived the problem.
